Returns. Refunds & Exchanges

We appreciate that you want to shop with the confidence of knowing that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return the product. 

We will refund or exchange any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of the item being dispatched from our store. 

Please return the item in its original condition, unused, in its original packaging, with product tags and any other security devices still attached.  Gibson & Co reserves the right to decline to issue a refund if the item is not returned in the original condition.  This policy applies to all purchases made online from Gibson & Co.  To return an item please either:

  • Visit our Gibson & Co store, along with acceptable proof of purchase 

    or

  • Send the item back to the following address, along with acceptable proof of purchase.

Please note that Gibson & Co are not responsible for any returned item that is misplaced before it reaches our distribution centre. Gibson & Co will not be responsible for any costs incurred in returning the item.

All return items sent back to us, or returned to the Gibson & Co store, will be refunded in the form of a credit being applied to the same credit card that the purchase was initially made with.

Due to hygiene reasons unfortunately we are unable to exchange or refund Duvet Inners or Pillows. Please choose carefully.

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item please call us on 03 768 0866 and we will advise you of the best way to proceed with returning the item in exchange for a refund or exchange on the basis that it is in an unused condition as mentioned above.
